Nasıh Sarp Ergüven
completed his undergraduate studies at Ankara University Faculty of Law and his
master's and doctoral studies at Ankara University Institute of Social
Sciences. During this time, he was involved in academic research in Germany and
the People's Republic of China within the scope of DAAD (German Academic
Exchange Service) and Xiamen University Scholarships. As part of his
postdoctoral research, he continued his studies as a visiting researcher at the
Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law,
Heidelberg (MPIL) and Tulane University Law School (USA). He has published
several articles and delivered presentations primarily focusing on the Law of
the Sea, Diplomatic Law, Refugee Law, Polar Law, and Security Studies.
