Doç. Dr. MUSTAFA COŞKUN

Mustafa Coşkun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Ankara University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, where he worked with Prof. Mehmet Koyutürk and Prof. Ananth Grama. His research focuses on graph machine learning, graph neural networks, spectral graph learning, and AI applications in computational biology and network science. His work has been published in leading venues, including KDD, VLDB, ICDM, RECOMB, Bioinformatics, DMKD, and IEEE/ACM TCBB. His recent research develops novel spectral graph learning frameworks for graph neural networks and graph contrastive learning, with applications to single-cell proteomics, biological networks, fraud detection, and trustworthy AI and GraphRAGs.
