He was born in 1992 in Ankara. He completed his high school education in 2010 at Ankara Science High School. In the 2010 national university entrance exam, he ranked second in Türkiye in the quantitative-equal weight categories and was admitted to Bilkent University Faculty of Law, from which he graduated in 2014 with second-highest honors. During his undergraduate studies, he also completed a minor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Bilkent University. In the same year, he graduated with first rank from the Theology Undergraduate Completion (ILITAM) Program at Ankara University Faculty of Divinity.
In 2016, he completed his memorization of the Qur'an at the Amasya Büyük Ağa Qur'an Course under the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye. He completed both his master’s and doctoral studies in the Department of Islamic Law at Ankara University, where he continues his academic work in the same department.
