Özet:Devlet siyasi bir kurum olarak varlı˘gını s ¨urd¨urmekte ve bu varlı˘gın s ¨ureklili˘gibireylerin yas¸amından ba˘gımsız durmaktadır. Siyasi iktidarın sahip oldu˘gu yetkilerielinde bulundurma iste˘gi, tarih boyunca c¸es¸itli arg¨umanlarla y¨onetilenlerekabul ettirilmis¸ ve zamanla devlet denen kurumun ortaya c¸ıkıs¸ı daha ¨once y¨oneticilerias¸kınlas¸tırmak ic¸in kullanılan arg¨umanların en azından devletin varlı˘gıve s ¨ureklili˘gi bakımından terk edilmesini sa˘glamıs¸tır. Siyasi iktidar varlı˘gını birveya birkac¸ mes¸ruiyet kayna˘gına dayandırarak s ¨urd¨ur¨ur. Fakat devlet varlı˘gınıs ¨urd¨urmek ic¸in mes¸ruiyete ihtiyac¸ duymaz. Bu tez, siyasi iktidarın as¸kınlas¸tırılmasındansoyut devlet kis¸ili˘ginin ortaya c¸ıkıs¸ına kadarki s¨oz konusu s ¨ureci politikteolojiyi g¨oz ¨on¨unde bulundurarak irdelemektedir.AbstractThe state continues its existence as a political institution and the continuity ofthis existence is independent of the life of the individual. The desire to retain theauthority of political power has been accepted by peoples through various argumentsthroughout history, and in time the emergence of the state has led to theabandonment of previously used arguments used to transcend the administratorsin terms of the existence and continuity of the state. Political power maintains itsown existence on one or more sources of legitimacy. But state does not need legitimacyto sustain its existence. This thesis examines the process, from the transcendenceof political power to the emergence of the abstract state personality withconsidering the political theology.
