Özet:Geleneksel Yahudiliğe göre Yahudilikteki itikâdî sapkınlıkları ve sapkınlara verilen cezaları konu edindiğimiz çalışmamızda sapkın kimseler için kullanılan isimler, sapkınlık alametleri, sapkın kimselerin aldıkları cezalar ve tövbe konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda tezimiz giriş ve üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın metodu ve kullanılan temel kaynaklara yer verilmiş, ayrıca İslam'daki itikâdî sapkınlıklar da alt başlıklarda kategorize edilmiştir. Birinci bölümümüzde Yahudilikte sapkınlık için kullanılan terimler incelenmiş, bu terimlerin kökenleri ve kimler için kullanıldıkları araştırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise sapkın kimseleri yargılayan dinî otoriteler olan Sanhedrin ve Beyt Din kurumlarının kökenleri, tarihsel gelişimleri ve yetkilerinin yanı sıra sapkın kimselere verilen cezalar nezifa, niduy ve herem şeklinde aşamalı olarak konu edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu kimseler için tövbenin imkânı, geleneksel Yahudi kaynakları bağlamında incelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde Yahudi geleneğinde öne çıkan sapkınlık örneklerine yer verilerek Yahudi hukukundaki ceza ve yaptırımların uygulanış biçiminin anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise tüm bölümlerin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Yahudilik, İtikâdî Sapkınlık, Sapkın, Ceza, Herem, Tövbe In our study whose subject is the religious heresies and the punishments which were given to the heretics, we handled the names for heretics, signs of heresy, punishments for heretics and repentance. In this context, our thesis consists of an introduction and three main chapters. In the introduction, the method of the research and main sources which were used were mentioned. Besides, the religious heresies in Islam were classified in the subtitles. In the first chapter, the names for heresy in Judaism were examined and the origin of these terms and for whom these terms are used was searched. In the second chapter, the origin, historical develepmont and power/authority of the Sanhedrin and Beyt Din which are the religious authorities that judge the heretics were mentioned. Also, the stages of the punishments which are nezifa, niduy and herem were given. On the other hand, according to the traditional Jewish sources, the possibility of the repentance for those heretic people were examined. In the third and last chapter, it was aimed to be understood the practice of the punishments and sanctions in Jewish law by mentioning the prominent examples of heresy in Jewish tradition. In the conclusion, all of the chapters were evaluated in general. Key Words: Judaism, Heresy, Heretic, Punishment, Herem, Repentance
