Özet:Sanayi işçilerinin dinî yönelimle ilgili tutumlarının çalışma ile ilgili tutumlarına etki edip etmediği, ediyorsa ne kadar etki ettiğini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlayan bu araştırma giriş, birinci bölüm, ikinci bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi, kapsam ve sınırları, sayıtlılar, hipotezler ve araştırmanın metodolojisi ile ilgili açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde araştırmanın temel kavramları olan ?değerler? ve ?tutumlar? hakkında kavramsal ve kuramsal açıklamalar yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ilk olarak?dinî kültürel değerler ve çalışma tutumu? hakkında teorik açıklamalar yapılmış, daha sonra araştırmanın uygulama kısmına geçilerek ?örneklemin olgusal özellikleri?, ?örneklemin dinî yönelimine etki eden faktörler, ?örneklemin çalışma tutumuna etki eden faktörler? ve ?dinî yönelim ile çalışma tutumu arasındaki ilişki? ile ilgili veriler ve analizlere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise istatistiksel analizler sonucunda ?dinî yönelime etki eden faktörler, ?çalışma tutumuna etki eden faktörler? ile ilgili ulaşılan sonuçlara yer verilmiştir.AbstractThis study has focused on religious tendencies and working attitudes of industrial workers. Our goal of this study is to find out the tendency of industiral workers effect on their working attitudes. This dissertation has consist of Introduction, First Section, Second Section and Conclusion. The Introduction contains information about the subjet, purpose, important, scope and outline, assumption, hypothesis and the methodology of the study. The Fisrt Chapter contains explanations and definitions are basic terms of the study ?values? and ?attitudes?. In the Second Chapter we have firstly explain about of the ?religious-cultural values. Then in the ampirik section of the study we have examine ?factual properties of the sampling?, ?the factors that effect on the religious tendencies of the sampling?, ?the factors that effect on the working attitudes of the sampling? and ?the relation between the religious tendecies and the working attitudes?. In the Conclusion we have explain outcomes what are achieved with statistical analyses about ?the factors that effect on the religious tendencies of the sampling?, ?the factors that effect on the working attitudes of the sampling?
