Özet:

Bu çalışma ile; Kırşehir ili Kaman ilçesinde pazara yönelik ceviz üretimi yapan tarımişletmelerinin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, tam sayımyapılarak 32 işletmeden anket yardımı ile toplanmıştır ve 2004-2005 üretim dönemineaittir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; incelenen işletmelerde ortalama işletme genişliği64,13 dekardır. Toplam nüfusun %58,84'ü erkek %41,16'sı kadınlardan oluşmakta oluptoplam nüfusun %87,55'i okuryazardır. Bitki sermayesi içinde ceviz ağacı sermayesi%94,95'lik bir orana sahiptir. Pasif sermayenin %96,81'ini öz sermaye oluşturmaktadır.şletmelerde gayrisafi üretim değerinin %96,46'sı bitkisel üretim, %2,47'si hayvansalüretim değerinden meydana gelmektedir. Toplam işletme masraflarının %13,31'ideğişken işletme masraflarından, %86,69'u sabit işletme masraflarından ibarettir.Toplam aile gelirinin %83,62'si tarımsal gelirden oluşmaktadır. Mali rantabilite%12,29, ekonomik rantabilite 13,72 ve rantabilite faktörü 77,76 olarak hesaplanmıştır.ncelenen işletmelerde 1 kg ceviz maliyeti 1,04 YTL olarak tespit edilmiştir.AbstractAn economic analysis of market oriented walnut producing farms has been performedin Kaman district of Kırşehir province in this study. The data used in this study wascollected from 32 farms with the help of questionnaire method. The data were belong to2004-2005 production year. Based on the research results, the average farm size is 64.13decares. 58,84% of the family is men, and rest is women. It is also fixed that 87,55% ofthe total population is educated. The share of walnut trees in total plant capital is94,95%. Equity of the farms constitutes 96,81% of the total assests. 96,46% of the totalproduction value of farm comes from plant production, while that of animal productionis 2,47%. 13,31% of the total farm expenses comes from variable expenses whereas theshare of fixed expenses is 86,69%. 83,62% of the total family income consist ofagricultural incomes. Return to equity is 12,29%, return to assets is 13,72%, andrentability factor is 77,76%. Production cost of walnut per kilogram is 1,04 YTL
