Özet:Bu çalışmada suç içerikli üç popüler televizyon dizisinin seyircilerinin adalet anlayışlarındaki ayrım noktaları incelenmiştir. Söz konusu inceleme, izleyicilerin dizi metinleriyle kurdukları ilişki bağlamında, özne konumlarının inşasında payı olabilecek çeşitli değişkenlere göre yapılmıştır. Bu inceleme yapılırken, dizi içerikleriyle kurulan anlamlandırma ilişkisi üzerinden, aynı değişkenlere göre okuma biçimlerinin göreliliği de değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, dizi metinleriyle kurulan ilişki üzerinden adalete dair inşa edilen anlamlandırma çerçevelerinin, çeşitli sınıfsal ve kültürel boyutları ortaya konmuştur. Tüm bu süreç, edebiyat üzerine değerlendirmelerden hukuk düşüncesine, izleyici çalışmalarından toplumsal tabakalaşmaya dair sosyolojik değerlendirmelere kadar farklı alanlarda kavramsal bir gezinti ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Böylece bu araştırma, disipliner sınırların dışında ve arasında gezinme imkânları ile toplum ve insan bilimlerine yaratıcı ve nadide bir alan açan iletişim çalışmalarına, önemle üzerinde durulması ihtiyacı olan izleyici araştırmaları konusunda bir damla da olsa katkıda bulunma denemesidir. In this study, the distinction points within the audiences of three popular crime-themed TV series in terms of their sense of justice were analyzed. The examination in question was carried out according to several variables which could contribute to the construction of audiences' subject positions in terms of the relationship that they established with the texts of the TV series. During the examination, the relativity of reading styles was also evaluated through the interpretation relationship established with the contents of TV series, according to the same variables. In this regard, various class and cultural dimensions of interpretation framework constructed on justice through the relationship established with the texts of TV series were demonstrated. The whole process has been carried out in a conceptual way in different areas from the evaluations of literature to the thought of law and from the studies of the audience to sociological evaluations of social stratification. Thus, this research is an attempt to contribute to the communication studies that open up a creative and precious space for the social and human sciences with the opportunity to wander both outside and within the disciplinary boundaries on the subject of audience researches that needs to be meticulously focused on.
