Özet:Bu araştırmanın amacı, Master Coach hentbol antrenör eğitim programının kursa katılan antrenör, eğitmen ve 4./5. kademe antrenör görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden "durum çalışması" deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2018 yılında Türkiye Hentbol Federasyonu ve Avrupa Hentbol Federasyonu ile ortaklaşa Türkiye de açılan uluslararası master coach kursuna katılan (23) antrenörler, eğitmenler (3) ve kursa katılmayan 4./5. kademe (5) antrenörler olmak üzere gönüllü katılan toplam 31 antrenör ve eğitmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, master coach kursuna katılan antrenörler, kursa katılmayan 4.ve 5. kademe antrenörler ile master coach kursunda eğitmen olarak görev alan antrenörler olmak üzere üç temel görüşme grubu belirlenmiştir. Her bir görüşme grubu için ayrı yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen görüşlerin değerlendirmesinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucu elde edilen verilerin güvenirliği için Miles ve Huberman testi uygulanmış ve alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 78 tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma sonucunda; antrenörler Türkiye Hentbol Federasyonu tarafından uygulanan master coach eğitim programını süre, içerik ve uygulama bakımından yeterli görürken eğitmenler uygulama takımlarının sayısının yetersiz kaldığını belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca antrenörler programın antrenörlük bilgi ve becerilerine olumlu yansımaları olduğunu, katılım beklentilerinin karşılandığını, üst düzey eğitmenler eşliğinde alınan eğitimden ve süreç sonucunda oluşturulan kaynak kitaptan çok hoşnut olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Program sonu değerlendirme ile ilgili olarak 4.ve 5. kademe antrenörler hazırlanan tezlerin seviyelerini, programa katılan antrenörler ise bütün tezlerin kabul edilmesini eleştirmiştir. Son olarak antrenörler katılım koşulları ile ilgili olarak üst liglerde görev almamış milli takımlarda çalışmamış antrenörlerin katılımının sürece bağlanması gerektiği ile ilgili görüş bildirmişlerdir. The aim of this research is to evaulate the Master Coach Course Program by the opinions of trainers, lecturers who participated the course and 4./5.grade Coaches who were not participated the course program. The qualitative research technique was used in this research by the way of one of the qualitative research pattern, "case study" . The study group occurs from 31 volunteer coaches (23) , lecturers (3) who participated The Master Coach Course in the year of 2018 with the cooperation of Turkey Handball Federation and the European Handball Federation and, (5) (4th,and 5th grade ) coaches who did not took a part of the course. In the research, three main interview groups were determined, namely coaches participating in the master coach course, 4th and 5th level coaches who did not participate in the course, and coaches who worked as lecturers in the master coach course. Separately structured interview questions were created for each interview group. Content analysis methode was used to evaluate the opinions obtained as a result of the research. For the reliability of the data obtained from the analysis, the Miles and Huberman test was applied and the alpha reliability coefficient was determined to be 78. As a result of this research; the program of Master Coach Course which was organized by Turkish Handball Federation was seen adaquate from the side of content and period by the opininon's of coaches, but it was specified that the exercise teams number was not enough by the lecturers. In addition that the coaches have positive reflections about ; coaching knowledge and skills which were processeed in the program ,expactitions of participation has gone down well, they were satisfied with the education which was given by senior level lecturers and at the end of the course the reference books which were created. Either 4th. And 5th. grade coaches who did not participate the course made an evaulation about the level of the thesis which were given at the end of the course,or the coaches who participate the course made an evaulation about the acceptation of all the thesis which were given, were both criticised consequnces. . Finally, the coaches present their opinions about the rules of paticipating the course and told that "coaches who did not work at national teams or high level leauge teams must releated to an time course to participate the Master Coach Program."
