Kur'an ve Tefsir literatürünü esas alan "Cahiliye Şiirinde ve Kur'an'da "AHD" Kelimesi" isimli bu çalışma, ahid kelimesini delalet ettiği anlamlar bağlamında, nüzul öncesi dönemin dili ile Kur'an dili arasında mukayese ederek incelemekte ve giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında ahid kelimesinin klasik Arapça sözlüklerde zikredilen anlamlarına yer verilmektedir. Birinci bölümde ahid kelimesinin çeşitli türevleriyle birlikte, cahiliye şiirinde ifade ettiği anlamlara değinilmektedir. İkinci bölümde ise ahid kelimesinin Kur'an'da delalet ettiği anlamlara işaret edilmektedir. Sonuç bölümünde de ahid kelimesinin delalet ettiği anlamlar itibariyle cahiliye şiiri ile Kur'an arasında nasıl bir anlam değişmesi yaşadığı veya kelimenin nasıl bir boyut kazandığı anlatılmaktadır.
This study titled " 'AHD' in the Jahiliyya Poems and The Qur'an" and based on the Qur'an and the comment science's literature (Tefsir's literature) examines the word "Ahid" in the context of its meanings by compering The Qur'an language with the language of the pre-nuzul period in an introduction, two parts and the result sections. The introduction contains the meanings of the word "Ahid" mentioned in the classic Arabic dictionaries. In the first chapter, the meanings expressed in the ignorance poetry (Jahiliyyah poetry), along with various derivatives of the word "Ahid", are mentioned. In the second part, it is pointed to the meanings that the word "Ahid" refers to in the Qur'an. The result section deals with the semantic change of the word "Ahid" between Jahiliyyah poetry and the Qur'an or which dimension it has taken on, according to the meanings that it refers to.
