Özet:Türkiye sınırları içinde birçok liken flora çalışması yapılmış olup, bu çalışmalar sonucunda Collema cinsine ait toplam 25 tür, 9 varyete ve 1 alttür olmak üzere toplam 35 takson tespit edilmiştir. Otalora ve arkadaşlarının yapmış olduğu çalışmalar sonucu 28 takson diğer türlere aktarılmıştır. Yapmış olduğumuz çalışma sonucu 200 istasyondan örnekler toplanmıştır. Bu istasyonlardan 58 tanesinde Collema taksonları bulunmuştur. Bulunan Collema cinsine ait taksonlar sırasıyla C. nigrescens 18 listasyondan, C. furfuraceum 12 istasyondan, C. subnigrescens 11 istasyondan, C. subflaccidum 8 istasyondan, C. flaccidum 5 istasyondan, C. ryssoleum 3 istasyondan ve 1 istasyondan C. texanum var. texanum toplanmıştır. Collema dan diğer cinslere aktarılan taksonlar dikkate alındığı zaman ise en çok rastlanan 4 takson sırasıyla Lathagrium cristatum (90), Enchylium tenax (75), Blantholla crispa (72) ve L. auriforme (50) olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışma ülkemizde cins düzeyinde yapılmış ikinci liken revizyon çalışmasıdır. Bu tarz çalışmaların çoğalması liken cinslerinin ülke sınırları içerisindeki yaygınlığı, lokasyonları, cinslere ait güncel bilgilerin sunulması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Turkey has made many studies lichen flora within the limits of a total of 25 species of the genus desertification result of these studies a total of 35 taxa have been identified and 9 varieties including one subspecies. As a result of the work done by Otalora and friends, 28 taxa were transferred to other species. As a result of our work, samples were collected from 200 stations. Collema taxa were found in 58 of these stations. Taxa belonging to the genus Collema are C. nigrescens from 18 locations, C. furfuraceum from 12 locations, C. subnigrescens from 11 locations, C. subflaccidum from 8 locations, C. flaccidum from 5 locations, C. ryssoleum from 3 locations, and C. texanum var. texanum from 1 location collected. When taxa transferred from Collema to other genera are taken into consideration, the 4 most common taxa are Lathagrium cristatum (90), Enchylium tenax (75), Blantholla crispa (72) and L. auriforme (50). This study is the second lichen revision study conducted at the breed level. The proliferation of such studies is important in terms of presenting the prevalence of lichen species within the borders of the country, their locations and up-to-date information on the genera.
