Özet:Bu araştırmada Türkiye’deki Rehberlik ve Araştırma Merkezleri ile okulların rehberlik servislerinde en sık kullanılan psikolojik testlerden dördünün Amerikan Psikologlar Birliği (APA- American Psychological Association) tarafından yayınlanan Eğitim ve Psikolojide Ölçme Standartları ile Uluslararası Test Komisyonu (ITC-Internaitonal Testing Commision) tarafından yayınlanan test uyarlama standartlarına uygunluğunu incelemesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında incelemeye alınan psikolojik testler, amaçlı örneklem belirleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir ve Türkiye’deki Rehberlik ve Araştırma Merkezleri ile okulların rehberlik servislerinde sıklıkla kullanılan psikolojik testlerden seçilmiştir. Bu testleri; Akademik Benlik Kavramı Ölçeği, Gazi Erken Çocukluk Gelişimi Değerlendirme Aracı Temel Kabiliyetler Testi 7-11 Yaş Formu ve Wechsler Çocuklar İçin Zeka Ölçeği Revize Edilmiş Formu oluşturmaktadır.Araştırma kapsamında, APA tarafından 1999 yılında İngilizce olarak yayınlanmış Eğitim ve Psikolojide Ölçme Standartları kitabının geçerlik, güvenirlik ve test geliştirme ve revizyon bölümlerindeki standartlar Türkçeye çevrilmiş ve bir kontrol listesi oluşturulmuştur. ITC tarafından belirlenen test uyarlama standartlarının tümü Türkçeye çevrilerek oluşturulan kontrol listesine bir bölüm olarak eklenmiştir. Türkçeye çevrilen standartlar temel alınarak hazırlanan kontrol listesi kısa ve uzun olmak üzere iki form halinde oluşturulmuştur. Sıklıkla kullanıldığı belirlenen psikolojik testler hazırlanan kontrol listesine göre araştırmacı tarafından incelenmiştir. İncelemelerin güvenirliğini sağlama amacıyla her psikolojik test için yapılan incelemeler üç hafta arayla tekrarlanmıştır. İncelemeler sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.0 programında çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda incelenen dört psikolojik testin kontrol listesindeki standartları karşılama düzeyleri belirlenmiş ve eksiklikleri saptanmıştır. Bu psikolojik testlerin geçerlik, güvenirlik, test geliştirme ve revizyon ile test uyarlama standartları bakımından geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri belirlenmiştir. Abstract Department of Measurementand Evaluation Advisor: Prof. Dr. Nizamettin Koç January, 2013, 124 + viii pages The purpose of this research is to analyze the psychological tests which are frequently used in the Guidance and Researh Centers and in the guidance services of the schools according to the standarts for educational and psychological testing of APA(American Psychological Association ) and test adaption standarts of ITC (International Testing Commision). The four psychological tests were analyzed in this research and the. tests were determined based on the goal- oriented sample selecting method. They were selected from the most frequently used psychological tests in Guidance and Research Centers and school’s guidance centers. These tests are: Akademik Benlik Kavramı Ölçeği, Gazi Erken Çocukluk Gelişimi Değerlendirme Aracı, Primary Mental Abilities 7-11, Wechsler Intellegence Scale for Children Revized Form.In this research, the chapters related to the validity, reliability and test development and revision of “Standarts For Educational And Psychological Testing” that was published by APA in 1999 were translated into Turkish. Also the adaptation standarts developed by ITC were translated into Turkish and the checklist was composed by using these standarts. The checklist has got two forms as short and long form. The tests that were identified as the most frequently used were analyzed according to the short form of this checklist by researcher. In order to question the reliability of these analyses, the analyses were repeated in three weeks’ time. Data of these analyses were exported to the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 and analyzed with the help of this programme. As a result of this research, the situations of psychological tests according to the standards in the checklist were defined and the weaknesses of the tests were determined. Also the qualities of the tests which should be revised according to the validity, realibility, test development and revision and test adaptation standarts were stated.
