Özet:Çalışmada İbn Hacer'in Hanefîler'e yaklaşımını öğrenmek üzere Hanefî ve Şafiîler'in aynı görüşü savunduğu meseleler ve farklı görüşleri benimsediği konular ele alınmıştır. İhtilaflı meselelerde genelde taassup gösteren İbn Hacer, Hanefîler'in delillerini zikretmemekte, yahut eksik sunmakta, sahih deliller bulunduğu halde onların kanaatlerini tamamen zayıflatabilmektedir. Taassubu genelde gizli bir tarzda gerçekleştiren İbn Hacer'in İmam Tahâvî gibi Hanefî Mezhebinin müstakil bir imamını hedef alması da mümkündür. İbn Hacer'in Hanefî mezhebine karşı hoşgörüsüzlüğünün nedeni, mezhepler arası köklü anlaşmazlıklardan, Mısır'daki ilmi tartışmalardan kaynaklanmaktadır. Bazı âlimler İbn Hacer'i taassupla suçlamıştır. Öte yandan İbn Hacer Fetḥu'l-bârî adlı eserinde Hanefî ve Şafiî mezhepleri arasındaki tüm ihtilaflı konularda Hanefî mezhebine karşı taassup göstermemektedir. İbn Hacer, Vitir namazı gibi meselelerde iki grubun delillerini tarafsız bir şekilde sunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte İbn Hacer'in Hanefî mezhebine karşı taassubu tartışmalı ictihadi meselelerde çeşitli biçimlere sahiptir. İbn Hacer'in, taassubu dil açısından değerlendirilen istinas/izin meselesinde olduğu gibi fıkhi konular dışında da gerçekleşebilmektedir. In order to be able to be aware of the position of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar on Fath al-Bari Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari book of Hanafi school, the jurisprudence issues will be two types; Issues on which the Hanafi and Shafi'i schools agree and controversial issues both schools disagree on. Via the controversial issues, we will figure out the attitude of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, which seems to be intolerant, of the Hanafi school. His biased position against Hanafis occurs by not mentioning their evidence in an issue, mentioning a number of their evidence and ignoring others, and/or mentioning the evidence but weakening it. Ibn Hajar's intolerance, which is seen as hidden and not apparent without careful consideration of the issue, may also be specifically against one of the imams of the Hanafi school, such as Imam al-Tahawi. Ibn Hajar's intolerance seems to have different reasons, some of which had been existed from ancient times, such as doctrinal intolerance. Other reasons are assumed to be related to the environment in which Ibn Hajar had lived. Finally, there could be reasons related to positions-related competitions they had. His intolerance also has various different forms with regard to doctrinal controversial issues. For example, Ibn Hajar showed intolerance against the Hanafi school even in issues that are non-jurisprudential. However, not all Fath al-Bari book-related contentious issues between the Hanafi and the Shafi'i schools show the intolerance of Ibn Hajar against the Hanafi school. An issue might be truly controversial and Ibn Hajar presented it fairly by mentioning the evidence and opinions of the two sides.
