Abstract:This research was planned and carried out to reveal the balance between work and family life in the pandemic process of working married women. The study was conducted with 325 married women working under the Social Services Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, selected by integer and purposeful sampling method. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques were used in the analysis of the data. Women in the 32-40 age range aged, 31 and younger and women aged 41 and older; high school graduates, college graduates and master graduate family life work life, family life and work life is more effected; ıt has been found that woman married and without children have the least impact this status. In addition, it has been stated that the disability or elderly status of the family in need of care/care does not affect family-work and work-family life. Women ages 41 and older have the highest self-esteem for managing work and family conflict. Self-determination to manage work and family conflict according to the state of having children, women who do not have children are highest; self-determination to manage family and work conflict feel are highest. When examined by profession, it was determined that psychologists had the highest self-sufficiency in managing work and family conflict, and social workers had the highest self-sufficiency in managing family and work conflict.
