Özet:Bu çalışmada, %48 glifosat içeren Knockdown ve %60 etoksisulfuron içeren Sunrice adlı herbisitlerin yeşil alglerden Scenedesmus obliquus (Turpin) Kützing üzerine zehirli etkileri incelenmiş ve 96 saatlik ortalama etkili derişimler (EC50) belirlenmiştir. Deneyler statik olarak 3 tekerrür halinde yürütülmüştür. Her iki herbisit için altı farklı derişim (0.8, 0.4, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05, 0.025 g/l - %48'lik glifosat ve 0.008, 0.004, 0.002, 0.001, 0.0005, 0.00025 g/l - %60'lık etoksisulfuron) ve bir kontrol grubu kullanılmıştır. Deneme sıcaklık ve ışık koşullarının sabit tutulduğu iklim dolabı içerisinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. %48'lik glifosatın Scenedesmus obliquus için EC50 değeri 80.002 mg/l (%95 güven aralığında= 47.634 mg/l - 118.186 mg/l), %60'lık etoksisulfuronun ise, 1.093 mg/l (%95 güven aralığında= 0.740 mg/l-1.540 mg/l) olarak saptanmıştır. Denemede %60 etoksisulfuron içeren herbisit için EC50 değerleri %48 glifosat içeren herbisite ait EC50 değerlerinden daha düşük bulunmuş ve Scenedesmus obliquus mikroalg türü için etoksisulfuronun glifosata göre daha zehirli olduğu belirlenmiştir. AbstractIn this study, toxic effects of herbicides Knockdown and Sunrice which respectively contains %48 glyphosate and %60 ethoxysulfuron for the green algae Scenedesmus obliquus (Turpin) Kützing were investigated and 96 hr median effective concentrations (EC50) were determined. The experiments were conducted with static bioassay method by 3 replicates. Six different concentrations (0.8, 0.4, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05, 0.025 g/l - %48 of glyphosate and 0.008, 0.004, 0.002, 0.001, 0.0005, 0.00025 g/l - %60 of ethoxysulfuron) and one control group were used for both herbicides. This study carried out in the incubator that the temperature and light conditions are fixed. The EC50 value of herbicides which contains %48 glyphosate and %60 ethoxysulfuron for Scenedesmus obliquus were 80.002 mg/l (%95 confidence interval= 47.634 mg/l - 118.186 mg/l) and 1.093 mg/l (%95 confidence interval= 0.740 mg/l-1.540 mg/l) respectively. The value of EC50 for the herbicide which contains %60 ethoxysulfuron was found lower than the the value of EC50 for the herbicide which contains %48 glyphosate. It was determined that ethoxysulfuron is much more toxic than glyphosate for the microalgae Scenedesmus obliquus.
