Özet:"Nedim'in Gazellerinde Vech-i Şebeh" adlı bu tez çalışması, "Giriş" bölümüyle birlikte üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin konusunu oluşturan Nedim'in gazelleri için Halil Nihad'ın hazırladığı Nedîm Dîvânı esas alınmış, gazellerin çeviriyazısı yapılmış, hazırlanan metin Abdülbâki Gölpınarlı ve Muhsin Macit'in hazırladıkları Nedim divanlarıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. "Giriş"te belâgate dair tanım ve tariflere, belâgatin tarihçesine kısaca yer verilmiş, Arapça, Farsça ve Türkçe belâgat çalışmaları sıralanmıştır. "Beyân" başlıklı birinci bölümde beyâna dair bilgiler verildikten sonra tezin konusu olan teşbîh, vech-i şebeh ve istiâre ele alınmış, konulara dair teorik bilgiler klasik kaynaklardaki tanımlar ve örnekler üzerinden özetle aktarılmıştır. "Nedim'in Gazellerinde Teşbîh" adlı ikinci bölümde, Nedim'in gazelleri "Giriş" bölümünde teorik olarak tanıtılan teşbîh ve vech-i şebeh doğrultusunda ele alınmış, gazellerde tespit edilen teşbîhler vech-i şebehlerine göre tasnif edilmiştir. "Nedim'in Gazellerinde İstiâre" adlı üçüncü bölümde gazeller, "Giriş" bölümünde ele alınan istiâre bahsi doğrultusunda tespit ve tasnif edilmiştir. "Sonuç" bölümünde, tespit edilen teşbîh ve istiârelere ait vech-i şebehlerin kullanım sıklıklarına yer verilmiş, bu sanatların Nedim'in üslubundaki yeri değerlendirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Belâgat, Beyân, Teşbîh, Vech-i Şebeh, İstiâre, Nedim (ö. 1730) This thesis is about "Nedim'in Gazellerinde Vech-i Şebeh", consists of main sections including "Introduction". The subject of the study is based on Diwan of Nedim prepared by Halil Nihad and it includes the translations of the Nedim's Ghazals and indepth comparisons between the other Diwans of Nedim which were prepared by Abdülbâki Gölpınarlı and Muhsin Macit. In the "Introduction" section: the descriptions, a brief history and Arabic, Persian, Turkish studies about Balagha are listed and elaborated. The first section of the thesis which is titled as Bayan starts with informing readers about the Bayan and continues with a discussion of theoretical knowledge, definitions in the classical sources and the examples about the main subject of this study: tashbih, wajh shabah and istiarah. In the second section titled as "Nedim'in Gazellerinde Teşbîh", Ghazals of Nedim are discussed in accordance with the tashbih and wajh shabah which are theoretically explained in the "Introduction" section, and the tashbih were found in ghazals are classified according to the wajh shabah. In the third section titled as "Nedim'in Gazellerinde İstiâre", Ghazals of Nedim are discussed in accordance with the istiarah which are theoretically explained in the "Introduction" section. In the conclusion section, the frequency of use of wajh shabah belonging to the stated tashbih and istiarah was given and the place of these arts in Nedim's style was evaluated.
