Özet:Gülten Çam, İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîlik Anlayışı ve Mezhep Eleştirilerine Yansımaları, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Danışman: Prof. Dr. Sönmez Kutlu, 152 s. Bu çalışma "İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîlik Anlayışı ve Mezhep Eleştirilerine Yansımalarını" tespit etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Mezhepler tarihi açısından önemli bir yere sahip olan Zâhirîlik, nassların literal anlamını esas alarak İslam Mezhepleri üzerindeki etkisini her dönem hissettirmektedir. Çalışma içerik itibariyle bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın önemi, konusu, kaynakları ve metodu üzerinde durulurken, "Zâhirî Anlayışın Teşekkülü ve İbn Hazm" adlı birinci bölümde Zâhirîlik kavramının tesbiti, Zâhirîliğin ortaya çıkışı gibi konuların yanında, İbn Hazm'ın zâhirîliğini oluşturan unsurları daha iyi anlayabilmek adına, İbn Hazm'a kadar Endülüs'ün siyasi, toplumsal ve dini durumu ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca İbn Hazm'ın düşünce yapısını daha iyi anlayabilmek amacıyla onun hayatı, ilmi kişiliği, eserleri vb. konulara yer verilmiştir. "İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîliğini Oluşturan Unsurlar" adlı ikinci bölümde, tezimizin son bölümünde bizlere kolaylık sağlaması adına "İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîliğini Oluşturan Unsurlar" tesbit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümün ilerleyen kısımlarında, İbn Hazm'ın etkisindeki Endülüs Zâhirîleri ve Endülüs Zâhirîliğinin diğer mezhepler karşısındaki konumu tespit edilmiştir. Tezimizin asıl kısmını oluşturan "İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîlik Anlayışı ve Mezhep Eleştirileri Üzerine Yansımaları" adlı üçüncü bölümde ise birinci ve ikinci bölümde yapmış olduğumuz tespitlerden yola çıkarak, İbn Hazm'ın Zâhirîlik anlayışının "Hâricî, Mu'tezile, Şia ve Mürcie" eleştirileri üzerine yansımaları tespit edilmiştir. Gülten Çam, Ibn Hazm's Understanding of Zâhirîsm and Its Reflections on His Sectarian Critiques, MA Thesis, Advisor: Prof. Dr. Sönmez Kutlu, 152 pp. This study has been prepared for the purpose of determining "Ibn Hazm's Understanding of Zâhirîsm and Its Reflections on His Sectarian Critiques". Zâhirîsm which has an important place in the history of sects, makes its effect on Islamic Sects in each period based on literal meaning of nass. This study consists of an introduction and three parts, as to form and substance. While in the introduction, the importance, subject, sources and method of the study are emphasized, in the first chapter titled "Formation of Zâhirî Understanding", in addition to issues such as determination of the concept of Zahirîsm and the emergence of Zahirîsm, Andalusia until the time of Ibn Hazm is discussed from the political, social and religious perspectives in order to better understand the elements of Ibn Hazm's understanding of Zahirîsm. In the second chapter titled "The Elements which forming İbn Hazm's Zâhirîsm", The Elements forming of Ibn Hazm's Zâhirîsm has been determined for the purpose of providing convenience for us at the last part of our thesis. In addition, in the following section, issues such as the Andalusian Zâhirîs under the influence of Ibn Hazm and the position of Andalusian Zâhirîsm against other sects were determined. In the third chapter named "Ibn Hazm's Understanding of Zâhirîsm and Its Reflections on His Sectarian Critiques" which constitutes the main part of our thesis, the reflections of the idea of Zâhirîsm on the criticisms of Hâricî, Mu'tazila, Shia, Murcia were determined based upon the determination we have made in the first and second chapter.
