Özet:Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2011–2012 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Ankara ili genel lise öğretmenlerinin örgütsel güven algılarını ve örgütsel güven algılarının denetim odağ ile olan ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Tarama modelinde olan araştırmanın hedef evrenini, Ankara İlindeki genel liselerde görev yapan 3332 öğretmen; örneklemini ise Ankara'daki 59 genel lisede görev yapan 356 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örgütsel güven algısı ve denetim odağı ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin TTesti, Anova, Krusskall Wallis ve Pearson Korelasyon analizleri SPSS 16.0 da yapılarak yorumlanmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda; öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin “müdüre güven” boyutunda cinsiyet, meslekteki kıdem, branş, medeni durum ve çalıştığı okulda bulunma süresine göre; “meslektaşlara güven” boyutunda cinsiyet ve meslekteki kıdeme göre; velilere güven” boyutunda meslekteki kıdem, branş, öğrenim durumu, medeni durum ve çalıştığı okulda bulunma süresine göre; “öğrencilere güven” boyutunda meslekteki kıdem, öğrenim durumu ve çalıştığı okulda bulunma süresine göre anlamlı olarak farklı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin denetim odağı algıları çalıştığı okulda bulunma süresine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaşmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algıları ile denetim odağı algıları arasında düşük düzeyde, negatif ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Araştırma genel liselerde yapılmıştır. Farklı bir araştırma meslek liseleri ve Anadolu liselerinde de karşılaştırmalı olarak yapılabilir. Öğretmenlerin iç ve dış denetim odağı algılarının eğilimi için daha büyük bir örneklemde ve farklı illerde de benzer bir araştırma yürütülebilir. Öğretmen görüşlerinin yanı sıra yönetici görüşlerini kapsayan araştırmalar da yapılarak, araştırma bulguları genişletilebilir. Abstract The aim of this study is to reveal Ankara General Secondary School Teachers' perceptions of organizational trust and the relationship between locus of control and perceptions of organizational trust in 2011-2012 Educational Term. Target population of the study consist 3332 high school teachers working in Ankara. The sample of study consist of 356 teachers working in 59 high schools in Ankara. Organizational rust and locus of control scale was used as a data gathering instrument. Obtained data’s, T-test, Anova, Krusskall Wallis and Pearson Correlation analysis interpreted by the SPSS 16.0. As the result of this study, teachers' views: at "trust dimension of to the principals" according to gender, teaching experience, expertise, marital status and the duration of stay in school and work ; at "trust dimension of to the colleagues" according to gender and seniority in the profession; at "trust phase of to the parents" according to professional seniority, branch, education level, marital status, duration of stay in school and work; at "trust phase of to the students" according to Professional seniority, branch, education level, marital status, duration of stay in school and work demonstrates significant differencies. Teachers' perceptions of locus of control is significantly different according to duration of stay in school work. Low level, negative and significant correlation found between teachers' perceptions of organizational trust and perception of locus of control . Research done at general high schools. A different research can be done comparatively at Anatolian high schools and vocational high schools. Resarch can be done in a larger sample and different provinces for teachers' perceptions of internaland external locus of control tends. The research findings can be expanded by studies that covering the views of managers in addition to covering the views of teachers..
