Özet:Ticari rekabetin yoğun olarak yaşandığı günümüzde, firmaların yeniden yapılanma modellerini kullanarak optimal büyüklükte faaliyetlerine devam etmeleri her geçen gün önemini artırmaktadır. Bu modellerden bölünme işlemi, tıpkı birleşme gibi büyük ilgi görmeye ve uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bölünmelerin zamanla mevzuatımızdaki yerini daha detaylı olarak almaya başlaması ve muhtelif mevzuatlarda görülen farklılıklar, konuyu pek çok düzenlemeyi bir arada ele alarak değerlendirmeyi gerekli kılmıştır. Çalışmamızda; bölünmenin kavramsal çerçevesinin oluşturulmasının ardından muhtelif mevzuatlarda yer alan düzenlemelerden bahsedilmiş olup, düzenlemelerin karşılaştırmalı incelenmesi suretiyle yer yer farklılıklarına dikkat çekilmesi ve konular itibariyle durumu izaha yarayan örnek muhasebe kayıtlarının gösterilmesi yoluna gidilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile bölünme işlemlerini yürütecek olanların bu süreçte merak edebilecekleri hususlara cevap bulabilmeleri amaçlanmıştır. In today's world, where commercial competition is intensely experienced, companies continue to operate in optimal size by using reconstruction models and this increases the importance of reconstruction models increasing day by day. The division process, which is one of these models, has started to receive great interest just like the merging. The fact that the divisions has begun to take their place in our legislation in a more detailed way and the differences seen in various legislation made it necessary to evaluate the issue by considering many arrangements together. In our study, after the conceptual framework of the division has been established, the regulations included in the various legislations have been mentioned and then, it is aimed to draw attention to the differences in places by comparison of the regulations and to show the exemplary accounting records which provide the clear explanation of situation. With this study, it is aimed that those who will carry out the division procedures will be able to find answers to the issues they might wonder in this process.
