Özet:Hollanda hastanelerindeki hasta çocuklar ve yakınlarına uygulanan manevi bakımın nasıl bir sistem ile işlediği, hangi yöntem ve programla çalışıldığı incelendi. Uygulanan yöntemlerin etkisi ve verimliliği hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaya çalışıldı. Çocuklara ve yakınlarına uygulanan Manevi Bakım gözlemlenerek, yani bizzat hastanede hazır bulunularak müşahede edildi. Aynı şekilde Manevi Bakım Uzmanları ile yapılan söyleşilerle bu araştırmaya zenginlik katılıp, tecrübelerden faydalanıldı. Manevi Bakımın, yetişkin insanlar üzerinde olumlu sonuçlar vermesi, özellikle çocuklar üzerinde de olumlu sonuçlar vereceğini düşündürdü. Çocuklarda Manevi Bakımın Türkiye’deki çalışılabilir yanlarını yorumlayarak, bu faydalı hizmetin kanunlaştırılması ve üzerinde durulması kanaatine vardık. Manevi Bakım Uzmanlarının çocuklarla ilgili psikolojik, pedagojik eğitim alarak, profesyonel bir şekilde çocukların huzurunu sağlamaları gerektiği sonucuna varıldı.AbstractThis research is about the spiritual care for sick children and the relatives in hospitals in the Netherlands, especially which system, methods and program they applied. There is tried to gain knowledge about the effect and efficiency of the methods of treatments. By observing the spiritual care to the children and their relatives in the hospital, there is gained information for our study. Likewise, the interviews with the spiritual care professionals really add richness to this research, there is benefited from the experience of these professionals. There has be seen that spiritual care has an positive impact on the ill people, especially on children. There is looked how spiritual care for children in Turkey could be implemented and a service like this should be a part of the rights of the patients. There should paid attention to the formalization of spiritual care in hospitals. Spiritual care specialists should get in both psychological as well as pedagogic education, customized for children. The conclusion is that working professionally is needed to give the best service and treatment for the children, to make them feel peaceful and happy.
