Özet:

Bu tezin amacı Nietzsche'nin düşüncesinde siyasalı araştırmaktır. Her ne kadar Nietzsche'nin siyasal düşünceleri üzerine yazılmış çok sayıda metin bulunsa da, bu metinlerin hiçbiri siyasal etkinliğin ilişkiselliğine anlam veren merkezi bir kavram olan siyasalı açık seçik kurgulanmış bir bütünlük içinde vermemekte ve Nietzsche'nin aforizmik ve belagatli bir dille sunduğu esaslı felsefi ve siyasal terimlerini uygun bir kavramlaştırmayla sunmamaktadırlar. Tezin kapsamı, Nietzsche'nin yayımlanmış ve yayıma hazırlanmış eserleridir, yaşarken yayımlanmamış ancak ölümünden sonra yayımlanan tamamlanmamış eserleri mümkün olduğunca dışarıda tutulmaya çalışılmıştır. Nietzsche'nin ayrıntılı olarak çalışmalarını ve yaşadığı dönemin siyasal olaylarını içeren zamandizini ve gelişkin bir dizine ek olarak, beş ayrı kesimden oluşan bu çalışma; giriş, Nietzsche ve siyaset, Bismarck dönemi siyaseti ve Nietzsche üzerinde etkileri, Nietzsche'de siyasal ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Nietzsche'de siyasalın ortaya çıkarılmasını hedefleyen ve "Nietzsche'de Siyasal" olarak adlandırılan bölüm, Böyle Buyurdu Zerdüşt kitabının "Kendini Aşmak Hakkında" aforizmasının bir yorumu olarak sunulmuştur. Nietzsche'de siyasal, büyük siyaset (grosse Politik) olarak itaati yeni bir rütbe düzeni (Rangordnung) için yaratmak, değilse küçük siyaset (kleine Politik) olarak itaati mevcut rütbe düzeni içinde yeniden üretmektir. This thesis investigates the question, "What is the political in Nietzsche's ideas?" Although the political literature about Nietzsche's thoughts has plenty of secondary sources, almost none of them includes a clearly structured text about the political as a central concept giving meaning to relationality in political activity and a significant conceptualization related to Nietzsche's essential philosophical and political terms represented by him in an aphoristic and eloquent political criticism. The thesis's scope has been confined to Nietzsche's published works, private publications, and authorized writings, excluding his posthumous writings, fragments, and letters as far as possible. This thesis is, in addition to a chronology detailed with dates of Nietzsche's works and political events during his life and to an advanced index, structured into five main sections: an introduction, Nietzsche's approaching to politics, the politics of the Bismarckian era and its impact on Nietzsche, the political in Nietzsche's thought and a conclusion. The main part of this thesis, revealing the concept of the political in Nietzsche with the same title as "The Political in Nietzsche," has been construed from the renowned aphorism named "On Self-Overcoming" in Thus Spoke Zarathustra. The main conclusion is that the political in Nietzsche is the creation of obedience for a new order of rank (Rangordnung) as a way of great politics (grosse Politik); if not, the regeneration of obedience in ubiquitous existence of the order of rank in the way of petty politics (kleine Politik).
