Özet:

Bu çalışma Türk siyasal hayatında muhalefet (1945-1950) ve iktidar-muhalefet ilişkilerini incelemektedir.Çalışmamız bir giriş, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde bilimsel, kavramsal ve tarihsel bir sınır çizilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; İkinci Dünya Savaşından sonra yaşanan dahili, harici, hukuksal ve kurumsal gelişmeler incelenmiştir. İkinci bölüm muhalefetin teşekkülü, iktidar-muhalefet ilişkileri ve muhalefetin siyasal reflekslerine hasredilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde dönemin siyasal partileri incelenerek tüzük, program ve faaliyetler üzerinden panoramik bir değerlendirilme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Pek çoğu hatalı, mükerrer ve silsileli bilgi deşifre edilerek düzeltilmiştir. Araştırma konusu arşivler, yazılı ve görsel basın, telif ve tetkik eserler, hatıralar ve resmi kaynaklarla desteklenmiştir. Bu bağlamda kalitatif bir usûl, bilgi ve belge tarama, analitik tahlil ve örnek olay incelemeleri gerçekleştirilmiştir.AbstractThis work searched for the matter of opposition within the Turkish political life. Our aim was to study the opposition party and the relationship between the opposition party and the government of the period; to make a monographic evaluation and a historical and a sociological determination.Our work consists of an introduction and three other parts. The introduction part is a search for a scientific, conceptual and historical ground. In the first part, we told the political and social conversion in Turkey which was experienced after the World War II. The situation and the attitude of the strong and the social reflexes were studied. The second part of the research was devoted to the formation process of the opposition party and its political reactions. In the thirt part, political parties of the period were examined. We realized a panoramic evaluation of laws, programs and actions of these parties. Our research subject was supported with archive sources, written and visual press, close examination works and articles, memorials and official works; a panoramic and original analysis was made. In this connection, a qualitative style, data and document scanning, analytical analysis, sample event researches were realized.
