Özet:Adalet, insanlığın var oluşundan bu yana insan hayatını düzenleyen, anlamlı kılan en önemli ahlakî ilkedir. Adalet terimi Kelam tarihi boyunca İslam âlimleri tarafından iki düzlemde ele alınmıştır: İlahî adalet ve beşerî adalet. Kelamcılar ilahî adaletin kâmil olduğu noktasında fikir birliği içindedirler. İhtilaf içinde oldukları noktalar ise, adaletin tanımı, içeriğinin neye göre şekillendiği, Allah’ın insanlarla olan ilişkisinde adaletin nasıl tezahür ettiği ve beşerî adaletin ne olduğudur. Çalışmamızda öncelilkle İslâm düşünce geleneğinde bu sorulara verilen cevaplara yer verdik. Daha sonra da adaletin vahiy sürecindeolduğu gibi dinamik bir kavram olarak, sosyal hayatta var olabilmesi için neler yapılması gerektiğini sorgulamaya çalıştık. Çalışmamız giriş dahil olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde adaletin tanımını ve türlerini açıkladık. Birinci bölümde kutsal kitaplarda adalet teriminin gelişim sürecine yer verdik. İkinci bölümde ise, klasik Kelâm tarihinde adalet teriminin nasıl ele alındığını inceledik. Üçüncü bölümde ise beşerî adalet ve bu adaletin oluşturduğu kavramsal yapıyı inceledik.Abstract Justice has been the most important moral principle regulating human life and making it meaningful since the existence of human beings. During the history of Muslim theologists considered the term justice in two dimensions: Diving justice and human justice. Theologists have agreed on that divine justice is perfect justice. The points they disagreed were the definition of justice, how it is determined, how it affects in the relation God and human beings and what is human justice. In our study, we first outlined the answers given to these questions in the Islamic thought tradition. Then we questioned what has to be done so that justice can exist effectively in social life as dynamic concept like the way in revelation. Our study consist of four sections including introduction. In the introduction, we explained the definition and types of justice. In the first section, we examined the progression of the term justice in the Holy Scriptures. In the second section, we summarised how the term justice was considered in classical Kelam history. In the third section, we examined human justice and its conceptual framework.
