Özet:Bu tez çalıĢmasında; Düzce ve Zonguldak illerinde belirlenmiĢ olan karasal (yosun, liken ve yaprak döküntüsü) ve denizel alanlardan hem kıyı örneklemesi hemde deniz dip sedimentinden bentik kepçe yardımı ile farklı derinliklerden örneklemeler yapılmıĢtır. Örnekler Ekim 2016 ve Mayıs 2017 tarihlerinde toplanmıĢtır. Laboratuvar ortamına getirilerek elde edilen canlıların, Tardigrada faunasına ait türlerin morfolojik karakterlerinden yararlanılarak Faz Kontrast ve Elektron Taramalı Mikroskopları yardımı ile teĢhisleri gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir. Düzce ve Zonguldak illerinde sonbahar ve ilkbahar mevsimlerinde gerçekleştirilen arazi sonucunda her iki mevsimde Ramazottiidae familyasına ait 1, Macrobiotidae familyasına ait 6, Echiniscidae familyasına ait 2, Hypsibiidae familyasına ait 7, Milnesiidae familyasına ait 1 tür bulunmuş olup, toplamda 17 türün teşhisi yapılmıştır. Teşhisi yapılan türlerden 3 tanesi Türkiye için yeni kayıttır. Bu türler İsohypsibius hadzii, İsohypsibius marcellinoi, Paramacrobiotus klymenki'dir. Akçakoca İlkbahar mevsiminde deniz sediment örneklerinden Halechiniscinae alt familyasına ait Halechiniscus sp. cinsi 2 adet canlı elde edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Karasal ve Denizel Tardigrada, Taksonomi, Türkiye This study were carried out; The samples were taken from different depths with the help of benthic scoops both coastal (moss, lichen and foliage) and marine areas determined in Düzce and Zonguldak provinces as well as coastal sampling and sea bottom sediments. The sample were collected between October 2016 and May 2017. The animals obtained in the laboratory and were diagnosed with the help of Phase Contrast and Electron Scanned Microscopes by taking advantage of the morphological characteristics of species belonging to Tardigrada fauna. Düzce and Zonguldak provinces were examined not only in autumn but also in spring seasons in order the search for Tardigrada species. In the result of those examinations; totally 17 species were found. After applying required diagnosis techniques, it is found that 1(one) of those is belonging to Ramazottiidae family, 6(six) of those is belonging to Macrobiotidae family, 2(two) of those is belonging to Echiniscidae family, 7(seven) of those is belonging to Hypsibiidae family and 1(one) of those is belonging to Milnesiidae family. Moreover, it is found that 4(four) of those species are new records for Turkey. These species are İsohypsibius hadzii, İsohypsibius marcellioni, Paramacrobiotus klymenki, Hypsibius dujardini. Besides, among the samples of sea sediments which are obtained in Akçakoça on spring season, 2 (two) animals which belongs to Halechiniscinae subfamily Halecheniscus sp. genius are found.
