Özet:Bu tez bes bölümden olusmaktadır.Ilk bölüm giris kısmına ayrılmıstır.·Ikinci bölümde, spektral analizin temel tanımlarıve önemli teoremleri verilmistir.Üçüncü bölümde, tüm eksende Sturm-Liouville denkleminin Jost çözümleri ve Jostçözümlerinin asimptotik gösterimlerinden yararlanarak saçılma teorisinin önemli özellikleri incelenmistir.Dördüncü bölümde ise ters problemin temel integral denklemi elde edilmistir. Tersproblemin çözümleri incelenmistir. Tüm eksende saçılma teorisinin ters probleminintemel teoremi ispatlanmıstır.Son bölümde ise bu tezde yapılan çalısmalar ve bu çalısmaların sonuçları ifadeedilmistir.AbstractThis thesis consists of ve chapters.The rst chapter is devoted to the introduction.In the second chapter, some basic de nitions and main theorems of spectral analysishave been given.In the third chapter, on the whole line the important properties of the scatteringtheory is examined by using jost solitions of Sturm-Liouville equation and theirasymptotic representation.In the fourth chapter, the basic integral equation of the inverse problem is obtained.The inverse problem s solutions are examined. On the whole line the basic theoremof the inverse problem of the scattering theory is proved.In the last chapter, the studies performed in this thesis and the result of these studiesare expressed.
