Özet:"Egemen Devlet Bağlamında Ortak Olan, Ortaklık ve Siyaset İlişkisi Üzerine Bir İnceleme" başlığını taşıyan bu tez çalışması, ortaklık kavramına dayanarak egemen devlet ve siyaset ilişkisini inceler. Egemen devlette siyaset, devletin varlığını esas alır. Bu durum ortak yaşamı zenginleştirmek yerine yapay bir birlik olarak devletten dışlayıcı niteliğiyle ortak yaşama zarar verir. Bu çalışma, söz konusu zararlara karşı ortaklık kavramına yönelir ve siyaseti ortaklık kavramından hareketle düşünmeyi önerir. Öncelikle ortaklık kavramını etimolojik ve antropolojik temelleriyle ele alır. Böylelikle ortaklık kavramı ve mevcut gerçeklik arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğunu gösterir. Daha sonra egemen devletten önce kurulan polis, respublica ve universitas gibi siyasal örgütlenme biçimlerine değinir. Her bir örgütlenmenin ortaklık kavramı karşısındaki konumunu tartışır. İkinci bölüm, yapay bir kurulum olarak egemen devletin varlık biçimini ele alır. Bu kapsamda modern insan fikrini ve devletin özelliklerini ortaya koyar. Devletin ortaklık kavramı karşısındaki konumunu belirler. Bu konumun gerçekliğe ve siyasete etkisini sorgular. Devlette siyasetin ulaştığı açmazları gösterir. Son bölüm ise egemen devletteki siyasetin açmazlarını aşmada ortaklık kavramının katkısını irdeler. Ortaklık kavramını çağdaş siyasal düşünce perspektifinden ele alan bu bölüm, ortaklık kavramından hareketle varlığın gerçekliğini yeniden kurar. Egemen devlete dayanan siyaset karşısında bu kurulumun açtığı ufuk üzerinde durur. Böylelikle tez, siyaset bilimi ve siyaset felsefesi literatürüne çağdaş siyasal tartışmalar açısından bir katkı yapmayı amaçlar. This thesis titled "An Inquiry on the Relation Between Common, Community and Politics in the Context of Sovereign State" examines the relationship between the sovereign state and politics by basing on the concept of community. In the sovereign state, politics grounds on the state existence. This situation, with its exclusionary feature from the state as an artificial unity, damages the common life instead of enriching it. This study turns to the concept of community across in question damages and proposes thinking politics with reference to the concept of community. First, it deals with the concept of community with its etymological and anthropological foundations. Thus, it shows how the relationship between the concept of community and the current reality is. It then touches upon forms of political organization such as police, respublica, universitas which were established before the sovereign state. It discusses the position of each organization across the concept of community. The second chapter deals with the form of existence of the sovereign state as an artificial installation. It reveals thinking of modern human and features of the state in this context. It determines the position of the state across the concept of community. It questions the effect of this position on reality and politics.It shows aporias which politics reached in the state.The last section examines the contribution of the concept of community in overcoming the aporias of politics in the sovereign state. This section, which deals with the concept of community from the perspective of contemporary political thought, reestablishes the reality of existence with the concept of community. It emphasizes the horizon of this installation in the face of politics based on the sovereign state. Thus, the thesis aims to contribute to the literature of political science and political philosophy in terms of contemporary political debates.
