Özet:Savaş olgusu yazılı tarih boyunca insanlığın en önemli gündemlerinden biri olmuştur. İnsanlık savaşlar için büyük maliyetlere katlanmıştır. Öyleyse savaş olgusu derince incelenmesi gereken bir alandır. Önemli bir olgu olan savaş, doğal olarak, yazılı tarih boyunca düşünürlerin temel düşünce konularından biri olmuştur. Düşünürler birçok farklı açıdan savaş olgusunu açıklamaya çalışmıştır. Din, milliyet, ideoloji, coğrafya, toplumsal cinsiyet ve ekonomi gibi faktörler açısından savaş olgusu şimdiye kadar incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada savaş olgusu ekonomik faktör açısından incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmadan önce de savaş olgusu ekonomik temeli açısından analiz edilmiştir. Ancak bu çalışmayı diğer çalışmalardan ayıran özellik ise kapitalist birikim sürecinin değişik aşamaları sırasında –serbest rekabetçi üretim, tekelci üretim, esnek üretim- savaş olgusunun aldığı farklı biçimler araştırılmıştır. Öyleyse bu çalışmanın alanında ilk çalışma olduğu ileri sürülebilir. Kapitalist üretim savaş olgusunu temel belirleyen olarak şekillendirmektedir. Serbest rekabetçi üretimin biçim verdiği sınırlı savaş anlayışı, tekelci üretimin şekil verdiği topyekûn savaş anlayışı ve esnek üretimin belirlediği esnek savaş anlayışı kapitalizmin savaş olgusu üzerindeki etkisini gösterir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada literatüre yeni bir katkı olarak "esnek savaşlar" kavramsallaştırması ileri sürülmüştür. Esnek savaşlar ekonomi tarafından belirlenen, iktidara dolaylı olarak ortak olma amacı hedefleyen, asimetrik savaşlardır. Bu savaş biçimin üzerinde diğer savaş biçimleri gibi ekonominin etkisi açıkça gözlenmektedir. War phenomenon becomes one of the most important agendas during the written history. Humanity abides by big costs for wars. Therefore, war phenomenon is a necessary field to be deeply analyzed. War a important phenomenon naturally becomes one of the basic thought subjects of thinkers during the written history. Thinkers have attempted to define war phenomenon in many different respects. In terms of factors like religion, nationality, ideology, geography, gender and economy, war phenomenon has been analyzed until now. In this study war phenomenon is analyzed in terms of economical factor. Before this study war phenomenon was analyzed for the purposes of economics as well. However the feature that separates this study from other studies isthat it has been analyzed as the different formats of the war phenomenon throughout the various stages of the capitalist accumulation process -free competitive production, monopolistic production, flexible production. Therefore, it can be asserted that this study in its field is the first study. Capitalist production as basic determinant shapes the war phenomenon. Limited war understanding structured by free competitive production, total war understanding shaped by monopolistic production and flexible war understanding defined by flexible production display the effect of capitalism on the war phenomenon. In addition in this study flexible wars conceptualization a new contribution to literature is proposed. Flexible wars are the wars defined by economy, aiming to become partner to the power indirectly, asymmetric wars. Therefore economical effect on this war format like the other war formats can be observed apparently.
