Özet:Bu çalışmanın amacı zihinsel yetersizliği olan bireyler hakkında bilinci artırmak ve desteklemek için ilköğretim okulları birinci kademesinde kaynaştırma sınıf öğretmenlerine yönelik bir rehber kitap hazırlamaktır. Bu rehber kitapta zihinsel yetersizliği olan öğrencinin bireysel ihtiyaçları üzerinden yola çıkarak, kaynaştırma sınıfları için uygun stratejileriler bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada zihinsel yetersizliği olan bireylerle ilgili kitaplar, çeşitli dokümanlar incelenerek bilgi toplanmıştır. Araştırmada zihinsel yetersizliği olan öğrencilerle çalışan sınıf öğretmenleri, rehber öğretmenleri ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine 5 sorudan oluşan bir anket dağıtıldı. Eğitimcilerin 5 soru için verdiği cevaplar ile rehber kitabın güçlü, zayıf, doğru, yanlış yönleri tespit edildi. Eğitimcilerin bilgileri ve önerileri doğrultusunda kitapçık yeniden düzenlendi. Rehber kitaptaki bilgilerin doğruluğunu denetlemek, bilgilerin ne kadarının kullanıldığını belirlemek ve eksikliklerini saptamak için zihinsel yetersizlik alanındaki 3uzman ve 50 öğretmen tarafından gözden geçirilmiştir. Rehber kitap, anlaşılabilirliği sağlamak amacıyla kısa yazıldı. Öğretmenlerin gerçek deneyimlerini diğer öğretmenlerle paylaşmaları için rehber kitapta her bölümün sonuna inceleyen kişilerin düşünceleri eklendi.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to raise awareness about those who suffer from mental incompetence and to prepare a guide book oriented to the inclusion class teachers at the first stage of elementary schools in order to support these people. In this guide book, appropriate strategies for inclusion classes are available by starting from over the individual needs of the student who suffer from mental incompetence. This study is formed by gathering information through investigating books, thesis that are related to the individuals suffering from mental incompetence. In the research, a survey was distributed to class teachers, guidance teachers and physical education teachers who work with students suffering from mental incompetence. Strong, weak, right, wrong parts of this guide book are determined via the responses given by educators for 5 questions. Booklet was prepared again in line with the information and recommendation of educators. It was reviewed by 3 people who are expert on mental incompetence field and by 50 teachers in order to check the accuracy of the information written in the guide book, to determine to what extend the information are used and to detect the missing parts. In order to provide understandability, guide book was submitted in a short format. Ideas of those who perform investigation are added at the end of each part on guide book for making teachers share their real experiences with other teachers.
