Özet:Ülkelerin gelecekleri adına hedefler ileri sürerek bu hedefler çerçevesinde çalışmalarına yön vermeleri gerek ülkenin gelişmesi ve ilerlemesi, gerekse belirli hedefler etrafında toplumun kenetlenmesi adına oldukça önemlidir. Ancak, sözkonusu hedeflere ulaşabilme adına izlenen yöntem ve yönetim tarzının ülkenin sosyal, ekonomik, demografik, kültür ve eğitim altyapısı ile uyumlu olması da gereklidir. Aksi takdirde yapılan yanlış yaklaşımlar ve yöntemler hedeflerin ölü doğmasına ya da zamanında ulaşılamamasına neden olabilecektir. Böylesi bir durum hem zaman ve kaynak israfına, hem de hedeflere olan inançların sarsılmasına neden olabilecektir. Bu nedenle uydu – uzay teknolojileri gibi yüksek teknoloji ve bilgi birikimi gerektiren bir sahada bu teknolojiye sahip olma ve millileştirme hususundaki çalışmaların da belirtilen çerçevede incelenmesi son derece önemlidir.AbstractTargets for the future of a country should give direction to the work within the framework of these goals, arguing the country's development and progress of both are very important for the engagement of the community around specific purposes. However, the methodology for accessing to these objectives and management style of the country's social, economic, demographic, cultural and educational infrastructure to be compatible with the one that is required. Otherwise, the wrong approaches and methods can be made to fail to reach the targets on time or to die before starting. In such cases, both the time and resources would be wasted and would cause collapse of faith in the target. Therefore satellite technology in a field that requires high technology and knowledge, such as space technology, in the framework of the examination indicated that the work in and nationalization issues with this technology is extremely important.
