As a consequence, the dissertation unearths the fact that the American-Turkish relations have put an undeniable impact on the Turkish Educational System in terms of establishing new schools with the understanding of American education system by changing the curricula of these schools in parallel with it as well as making radical changes in the course contents taking American education as an example along with improving Teacher Education, including the implementation of the English Language as a medium of instruction to the curriculum of these schools based on the foreign experts' reports.
