Abstract:

Günümüzde çok popüler olan ve kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşan antioksidanlar, serbest radikalleri ortadan kaldırarak İ/R hasarını azaltırlar. Carnosol biberiye bitkisinin (Rosmarinus officinalis) ana bileşenidir ve kuvvetli bir antioksidan etkiye sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Carnosol'ün rat grasilis kasında iskemi reperfüzyon (İ/R) hasarına etkisinin araştırılmasıdır.Abstract Antioxidants recently become very popular and their consumption is getting higher. Antioxidants reduce I/R injury by scavenging the free radicals. Carnosol is a constent constituent of Rosmarinus officinalis and has a powerful antioksidant effect.
