Abstract:

During the thesis, electrochemical bioplatforms of nucleic acids and immunosensors were developed. Electrochemical analysis of the high-risk DNA strand of HPV16, known to cause cervical cancer, and of the biomarker GFAP, used in the early diagnosis of neurological diseases, was performed. To develop competitive tools compared to existing ones in terms of simplicity, speed, affordability, sensitivity and point-of-care application, the objective pursued in this PhD thesis, both bioplatforms are based on the implementation of the corresponding bioassays on the surface of magnetic microparticles, enzymatic labeling with the HRP enzyme, and amperometric transduction on disposable electrodes using the system HQ/H2O2.
