Abstract

Cyclodextrin polymer (CDP) is a new disintegrating agent for tablet formulations. In this study two types of CDP's were used to prepare the tablet formulation of spironolactone. The physicopharmaceutical properties of tablets were determined. The dissolution data were also evaluated kinetically.
